| Training: General Overview |
10-days face to face training - No pre-requisite TFH is delivered in a series of workshops, each of two days duration. It is a system of natural health care, combining Chinese philosophy with the tool of muscle monitoring to determine energy imbalances, activating this energy (chi) via the acupressure meridian system and therefore improving the natural healing process. Even though TFH was initially designed for the lay person, it has proven so successful that it is now included in many practitioner training programs around the world and is required as a pre-requisite for more advanced Kinesiology workshops, such as Dynamic Kinesiology. It is taught to millions of people in over 55 countries, from Australia, Asia, Europe, America, Russia and even Dubai. TFH is taught extensively in Australia and most states in America will accept TFH as Continual Professional Education points for nurses etc. It provides training in assessing 42 different muscles, their associated meridians and organs and contains many corrective techniques to strengthen these muscles and organs individually, including techniques such as vascular, lymphatic and spinal reflex points. TFH looks at how to find beneficial foods (for each individual) to raise energy; provides techniques for food sensitivity testing, pain relief and assessing reactivity between specific muscles to release long standing problems. It explores the Eastern philosophy of Yin/Yang and the Five Elements superficial and deep energy flows, emotions and much, much more! Sometimes people would benefit from a Kinesiology treatment, however they might be too ill, too young or live too far away from you to be muscle tested. This is were surrogate balancing will help - another technique covered in TFH. Creating balance within the body – on all levels, TFH addresses the structural, nutritional and emotional stresses so common in our life. TFH will provide you with practical, everyday applications for improved posture, health and performance. A 'TFH Practical Exercises' workbook, containing case studies and some theoretical questions, is available to purchase for students and is required for the attendance of the TFH Proficiency (assessment) workshop. The completion of this workbook is also required for the Government accredited Certificate IV / Diploma program. There are no pre-requisites required for TFH workshops, however previous students have found it very beneficial to attend the KAAP workshop beforehand.
